Arrival & Departure

Check-In

Check-in begins at 12 noon CT on Monday and goes until 2:30 p.m. CT.

After checking in, get acquainted with the camp during a brief orientation video, then settle into your room, visit with friends, and get to know other campers. Then you can go to your first meal at camp!

To prevent vehicular congestion on campus, campers should be dropped off by their parents or sponsors.

Checkout

Campers are to be moved out of their residence halls by 9:30 a.m. CT on Friday. If you’re not heading out too early, you can grab breakfast before you go.

Individual campers must be picked up at the Residence Halls in the lobby where a camp staff will assist you. For your camper’s security, those picking up campers (including parents or legal guardians) must present a photo ID. After 9:30 a.m. campers may be picked up at the Commons.

If you want someone else to pick up your camper, please contact us by 4 p.m. CT the Thursday of camp.

Airport PickUp

If you need a ride between campus and Pensacola International Airport (PNS) or the Pensacola Greyhound Station, let us know in advance, and we’ll pick you up.

Submit a Shuttle Transportation Request form at least two weeks before camp to request a shuttle.

Since camp weeks fill up quickly, make sure you verify your registration has been approved before making nonrefundable transportation reservations.
