Check-in

Monday, between 12 noon and 2:30 p.m. CT

After checking in, get acquainted with the camp during a brief orientation video, then settle into your room, visit with friends, and get to know other campers.

Due to camper safety concerns and to prevent vehicular congestion on campus, campers should not drive themselves to camp but should be dropped off up by their parents, sponsors, or authorized pickup people.

Check Out at the residence halls

Friday, by 9:30 a.m. CT

(After 9:30 a.m., campers may be picked up at the Commons.)

• If you’re not heading out too early, you can grab breakfast before you go.

• Individual campers must check out with camp staff in the Residence Halls when leaving campus. For your camper’s security, those picking up campers (including parents or legal guardians) must present a photo ID.

• If you want someone else to pick up your camper, please contact us by 4 p.m. CT the Thursday of camp.
